Peace is mischievous, like a child
It keeps playing hide and seek
With us all, since it knows that
We are blinded and can see only up till
The tips of our noses!
Peace taunts us
Pushes us up beyond our limits
And seeks to break us
Only to test our faith to it
Peace, though, is not to be underestimated
It has the power to ignite fires in oceans
And to pull stars from the night sky
Yet, most of the times
We merely see that to have it given its glory
Wars, violence, injuries and harshness
Are used and peace only comes in
As a condition imposed!
Pray,
If magic were transmitted though words
Peace would be born in every heart
And maybe,
Just maybe, then
We could imagine a world
Sung with the beats of its bliss!
